We're migrant women creating the change we wish to see.

And we understand the exhaustion that comes with carrying everyone else's expectations while your own needs disappear—it hits differently when you're navigating multiple cultures.

Rest Without Guilt is an initiative empowering migrant and refugee communities especially women to reclaim rest as self-leadership—not in isolation, but in community.
